The raincoat is waterproof and the visor is useful. The harness opening and reflective strips are great features. However, I found the hood a bit loose on my dog's head - it works but doesn't fit as snugly as I'd like. The visor helps keep it in place but it could be more fitted. Still a good quality raincoat.
