Order processing times

Standard orders: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Next Day/Saturday orders: To ensure Next Day or Saturday delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed by 2 PM (local time) on a working day for Next Day Delivery, or by 5 PM (local time) on Friday for Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next available working day.

Tracking your order

We know you'll be excited to receive your pet's goodies!
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and a link to our courier's website. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We use multiple companies which provide tracking information.
It is our company policy not to leave parcel at safe place unless it's at your discretion and we will not take responsibility if the parcel gets lost.

Important delivery notes

Delivery attempts: Our couriers will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Signature required: For security, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
P.O. boxes: We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
Heavy/Bulky items: For exceptionally large or heavy items, additional shipping charges or extended delivery times may apply. Any such charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.
