We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If you or your furry, feathered, or scaly friend isn't satisfied, we're here to help make the return process as easy as possible.

Can I return items?

Yes, absolutely! If you no longer need your items for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is returned to us in its original, unopened condition and packaging. This means pet food bags, supplements, and toys must still be sealed.

  • Self-Return: You can arrange the return shipping yourself.

My goods are damaged

We take great care in packaging, but occasionally damage occurs during transit.

  • Refuse Delivery: If the package looks heavily damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
  • Sign Unexamined: If you cannot refuse, please sign for the delivery as "Unexamined" and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged box and product so we can arrange a replacement.

Extended 60-day returns period (seasonal or special offer)

Due to [Circumstances / Holiday Season], we will accept unopened and unused items back for a full refund up to 60 days after purchase.

  • Our Standard 30-Day Returns Policy still applies to all items that have been opened, used, or that are being returned due to being faulty or damaged.
  • Please follow our regular guidelines for contacting us and obtaining a returns reference number.
